Hodes Weill & Associates, a global real estate advisory boutique, has announced the addition of two senior industry professionals to its London office. Effective January 2012, Dominic Field and Eric Lemer will join the firm, and will be based in London.
Hodes Weill & Associates, a global real estate advisory boutique, has announced the addition of two senior industry professionals to its London office. Effective January 2012, Dominic Field and Eric Lemer will join the firm, and will be based in London.
Field will join as a partner and will be responsible for managing the business activities of Hodes Weill in the UK and Europe. Previously, he was director of Business Development and a board member of the fund management division of Grosvenor, a privately owned international real estate investment company.
Lemer will have primary responsibility for covering investment and fund managers and executing capital raising assignments in the UK and Europe. Previously, he was director, European Capital Raising and Investor Relations, with GI Partners, an asset and property investment firm with $6 bn of capital under management.
Field and Lemer each previously worked with the co-founders of Hodes Weill at Credit Suisse.
