Henderson Global Investors has hired Kathrin Andres as senior portfolio manager to strengthen its German retail team.
Andres will be based in Frankfurt where she will be responsible for the asset management across Henderson’s German retail portfolio. This includes shopping centres in Baden-Baden, Dreieich, Gießen and Hanau.
She joins from Cushman & Wakefield where she spent 11 years working across corporate finance and property/ asset management. Her role there saw her work closely with Henderson on its German Retail Income Fund mandate for which Cushman & Wakefield was retained as a consultant.
