CEE developer HB Reavis has begun construction of the Post锚pu 14 office project in the Mokot贸w district of Warsaw, representing its third development in Poland.
The Post锚pu 14 Project will provide a total gross lettable area of 34,000 m2 and 750 parking spaces on completion in the second quarter of 2015.
The scheme will add to HB Reavis' existing developments of Konstrukorska Business Center and the Gda帽ski Business Center in Poland. In total, the company has over 160,000 million m2 of office space under construction across CEE.
