German-based real estate investor Hansainvest has acquired the Triotto office building in the Finnish capital Helsinki.
The vendor was construction and development group YIT. Including the building plot purchased from the City of Helsinki, the deal totals about €56.5 mln.
The newly built property has a total floor area of about 15,500 m2, providing head office premises for two tenants: telecoms group DNA and national grid company Fingrid. The building was completed in two phases during 2012.
An international Gold level LEED certification is being sought for Triotto.
