Goodman Group has been contracted to develop a 25,844 m2 warehouse in Sosnowiec near Katowice in southern Poland.
The warehouse is to be built for logistics company ILS, a subsidiary of Inter Cars, the largest automotive spare parts distributor in Central and Eastern Europe. The development has been pre-leased on a 10-year fixed term agreement and represents Goodman’s first investment in Upper Silesia.
The new facility will be tailored to ILS’ requirements and will comprise a 24,844 m2 warehouse and 1,000 m2 of office area.
