Amsterdam-based Golden Real Estate has announced the acquisition of the Oxygen office complex in Warsaw from local developer Yareal. Financial details were not disclosed.

Designed by Jems Architekci, Oxygen Park comprises two, six-storey modern office buildings with a total area of 18,474 m2. The buildings, completed in 2013, are fully occupied.
‘This transaction proves the appetite of international capital for A-class multi-let office investments in Warsaw, not necessarily located in the city centre. Investors’ interest in the CEE region remains high and is supported by an extensive availability of debt financing,’ commented Piotr Gozdziewicz, director capital markets CEE at BNP Paribas Real Estate, which represented the vendor in the deal.
