London-based asset manager Rockspring said on Tuesday that it has hired GE Capital's former managing director of loan origination Jamie Younger as new European director.
Younger has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector and will focus on UK transaction activity. Prior to working for GE, he held positions at Lehman Brothers, Invesco Real Estate and DTZ Debenham Thorpe.
GE Capital's former vice-president of debt origination Sush Enoki has joined CR Investment Management as associate director based in the firm’s London office. Enoki will predominantly work within CR’s financial solutions team, which covers investment management and the principal investment of real estate assets, loans and portfolios across the UK, Netherlands and Germany.
Specifically, he will focus on acquiring and managing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios and underwriting both real estate portfolios and bilateral transactions.
He has previously worked for Octave Japan, based in Tokyo, where he was vice-president handling NPL investments and structured finance. Prior to this he worked for Shinsei Bank, Morgan Stanley Japan Securities and Goldman Sachs Realty Japan.
