French investor ANF Immobilier has spent over EUR 27 mln to buy the company owning the development right on a site in Bordeaux.
French investor ANF Immobilier has spent over EUR 27 mln to buy the company owning the development right on a site in Bordeaux.
ANF plans to build a new 13,000-m2 office building on the site. The vendor was Eiffage Immobilier.
The Nautilus office building, located in the Flots district, will be erected on a site managed by Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux, the city's port authority. The area is part of a 700,000-m2 regeneration project of the former industrial site.
Eiffage Immobilier Atlantique will develop the project. Phase I is expected to be delivered in September 2012 with Phase II due two years later.
The scheme is fully pre-let to C Discount, a subsidiary of Groupe Casino.
