The transaction price comes to 鈧�32 mln.
The properties are located in the cities of Beauvais, Compi猫gne and Charleville-M茅zi猫res and offer 26,560 m2 of total space.
The buyer was advised by law firm SCP 14 Pyramides while SCP Wargny-Katz and Ares acted for the vendor. Catella brokered the deal on behalf of Weinberg.
