Czech office market specialist Filip Rerko is rejoining Colliers International after a six-month break. He will be responsible for tenant representation in a newly formed department. Rerko, 25, comes from consulting company King Sturge, which he joined earlier this year on leaving Colliers International.
Czech office market specialist Filip Rerko is rejoining Colliers International after a six-month break. He will be responsible for tenant representation in a newly formed department. Rerko, 25, comes from consulting company King Sturge, which he joined earlier this year on leaving Colliers International.
'Based on my long commercial real estate market experience, I’ve decided to get back to Colliers because it’s the only company on the Czech market that really concentrates on tenant representation and the needs of tenants,' Rerko said.
He has five years of experience of professional tenant representation on the Czech office market.
