Echo Investment has decided to restart construction work of the Oxygen office building being developed in Szczecin, Poland. Construction came to a halt at the beginning of April 2009 following new technical requirements of potential leaseholders.
Echo Investment has decided to restart construction work of the Oxygen office building being developed in Szczecin, Poland. Construction came to a halt at the beginning of April 2009 following new technical requirements of potential leaseholders.
Work will start again in July 2009. The company is currently in talks with leaseholders of office areas and financial institutions regarding project financing.
Oxygen is a modern, nine-storey building located in the center of Szczecin, at the intersection of Malczewskiego street and Wyzwolenia avenue. The building will contain additional facilities including a medical clinic, coffee bar, press lounge and fitness club.
In recent months Echo Investment has concluded several significant lease agreements in office projects in Warsaw and Poznan totalling more than 6,500 m2. The company has also obtained more than EUR 80 mln of credit for financing its Park Postpu and Malta Office Park complexes.
