Immocap Group has commissioned ECE Projektmanagement Praha for the planning, leasing and centre management of the Centr谩l shopping centre in Bratislava. The opening of Centr谩l in the Slovakian capital is scheduled for autumn 2012. The multi-functional building next to the shopping centre provides apartments, office areas, a three-level underground car park, a hotel and a wellness and sports centre.
The building is constructed in the broader city centre of Bratislava close to the districts Star茅 Mesto and Ruzinov.
Founded in Bratislava in 1996, Immocap has developed numerous office buildings iand residential real estate in Slovakia.
