The centre first opened its doors in 1999 and comprises a sales area of around 45,000 m2 as well as roughly 15,000 m2 of office space, a 7,500-m2 hotel and a 5,000-m2 cinema. The shopping centre has more than 115 shops, cafés, restaurants and service outlets, with major tenants including Media Markt, Rewe, H&M, Strauss Innovation, Esprit, TK Maxx and Intersport Voswinkel.

The scheme also offers 1,600 parking spaces. ECE takes over the mandate from Jones Lang LaSalle, which previously managed the asset on behalf of owner Vernal Asset 2, part of Archon Group Deutschland.
