An 81,000 sq ft (7,500 m2) purpose-built research, development and manufacturing facility on Bristol Business Park has been brought to market with leading property consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle.
DuPont, a world leader in market-driven innovation and science, built the facility in 1990 and has appointed JLL to sell the site with plans to relocate to new premises within the Bristol area.
'The DuPont facility has an unrivalled position in the heart of one the most successful business parks on Bristol’s northern fringe,' said Ian Wills, director in the Bristol office of JLL.
He added: 'It is rare that an opportunity of this type comes to the market and it is encouraging that there’s already been interest in the property.'
Bristol Business Park is home to over 400,000 sq ft of commercial occupiers and accommodates more than 25,000 people.
