German fund manager Deka Immobilien has appointed DTZ Zadelhoff to provide property management services for the 30,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Vi帽oly office building in Amsterdam. Deka Immobilien Europa open-ended real estate fund acquired the property, located in the Zuidas business district, for EUR 140 mln in May.

The vendor was Credit Suisse's EUR 6 bn Euroreal open-ended fund, which is now to be liquidated.
Following the Vi帽oly assignment DTZ Zadelhoff manages some 500,000 m2 of office and logistics space in the Netherlands for Deka.
