International property adviser DTZ has been awarded an exclusive mandate to provide lease and management services for the entire property portfolio of multinational chemicals and healthcare company DuPont in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
The mandate takes effect immediately and covers DuPont’s 250 properties in 37 countries in the EMEA region. DuPont will also continue to provide both transactional representation and consultative advice for DuPont in the region. David Jones, Director of DTZ’s Corporate Real Estate Management team, said the mandate provided recognition of the development and strength of the firm’s property management services for international corporations.
