DTZ has appointed Jean-Louis Guilhamat as director of the French corporate solutions department, incorporated into the consultancy division, to bolster the firm's occupier services.
Guilhamat joins DTZ from CBRE where he was director of corporate key accounts in France for the last five years.
Prior to this, he worked for Accenture as director of real estate and facilities & services operations in France.
DTZ's corporate solutions department in France plans to grow rapidly in the coming months through targeted recruitment. It forms part of the consultancy division led by Philippe Méjean and offers corporate finance, strategy and regional development services.
