Deka Immobilien has sold an 5,900 m2 office in Birmingham for 鈧�32 mln.
The Frankfurt-based real estate fund manager said the asset, Direct Line House, was held by a custom-made fund for institutional investors.
Direct Line House is occupied by the Direct Line insurance company and was acquired by its DL Insurance Services division following a bidding process. The property, located in the central business district of Birmingham, comprises 5,900 m2 and 37 parking spaces.
