Deka Immobilien has signed a deal to buy an office property in Oslo's CBD from Norwegian Property (NPRO). The transaction volume is NOK 506.5 mln (鈧�55 mln).
The transaction marks Deka-ImmobilienEuropa's debut in Norway.
NPRO said the price of the property had already risen since its valuation of NOK 498.8 mln (鈧�54 mln) at the end of the second quarter 2016. The deal should complete mid-October with the sale of the company owning the property.
The 6,239 m2 office scheme, which was built in 2004, is let to Stortinget, the Norwegian parliamentary administration, and insurance broker, AON Norway.
