German fund manager Deka Immobilien has extended its property management contracts for its portfolio with units of Hochtief and Strabag.

German fund manager Deka Immobilien has extended its property management contracts for its portfolio with units of Hochtief and Strabag.

The new contracts with Hochtief Property Management and Strabag Property and Facility Services run until end-2016. The pair will manage a total of 230 buildings, comprising a total of 3.2 million m2, in Germany for Deka Immobilien.
