Deka purchased the property for around €19 mln. The vendor was a private family office.
With the deal concluded, the asset will be transferred to the property portfolio of WestInvest InterSelect, an open-ended mutual property fund.
The property at Ronda de Sant Pedro 5 is fully let and boasts some 2,600 m2 of office space and approximately 1,400 m2 of retail space. The building’s major retail tenants include the Zippy and Prenatal retail chains.
The property is located in Barcelona’s city centre and underwent renovation in 2003.
