Danish trade union pension fund Pension Danmark has bought two office properties in Aarhus for a total investment of DKK 555 mln (鈧�75 mln).
The assets are the multi-tenant Company House I Kejby and the BDO building, containing 23,600 m2 of office space in total. The vendor was office specialist firm Obel Ejendomme.

Pension Danmark is one of the largest Danish pension funds, co-owned by 10 labour unions and 16 employers' organisations, with 680,000 members and 鈧�25 bn of assets under management.
