Cording Real Estate Group, the Northern European real estate investment and asset management firm, has strengthened its Benelux operation with the appointment of Ren茅 de Heus as director of investment for Benelux.
De Heus has worked in the Benelux real estate market for 12 years. He previously worked for FGH Bank as a real estate manager, disposing of commercial real estate portfolios in the Netherlands.
Before joining FGH Bank in 2014, he spent four years at Valad Europe as an investment manager, responsible for the acquisitions and disposals of Valad Benelux. His first six years in real estate, after he graduated from the University of Tilburg in 2004, were spent at Statement Real Estate, where he became a senior property consultant.
De Heus was awarded a master in science of real estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2014.
