Property investment manager Cordea Savills has strengthened its presence in France with the appointment of Clement Pigott as head of investment for France and the Benelux. He is also president of the newly established French entity, Cordea Savills SAS.
Property investment manager Cordea Savills has strengthened its presence in France with the appointment of Clement Pigott as head of investment for France and the Benelux. He is also president of the newly established French entity, Cordea Savills SAS.
The appointment reflects the growing importance of France to Cordea Savills’ existing and prospective investors in the wider French and Benelux region.
Pigott has more than 20 years of experience in European property investment markets, having worked for MAB group, Archon group (Goldman Sachs), UFG Credit Mutuel and originally JLW in Paris. Since 2005 he has run a boutique advisory business, handling asset management, leasing, sales and acquisitions and also covering the legal, fiscal and accounting aspects of corporate property ownership.
As part of the expansion Cordea Savills has also moved to a new office in the Etoile district of Paris.
