Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed Reynold Chan as business development director in Asia. He will be based in Hong Kong and will report to Justin O鈥機onnor, CEO of Cordea Savills.
Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed Reynold Chan as business development director in Asia. He will be based in Hong Kong and will report to Justin O鈥機onnor, CEO of Cordea Savills.
Chan will lead new business initiatives with institutions, family offices and high-net-worth-individuals in Asia. Cordea Savills said HNWI segment is of increasing importance for Cordea Savills given the growing wealth in the region, especially in Greater China, and the appetite for investing in international real estate.
Chan joins from the Hong Kong office of Calista Consultants, where he was a principal providing real estate and financing solutions to operating businesses involved in real estate and M&A transactions in Asia.
Cordea Savills managed a total of $9.9 bn (EUR 7.6 bn) at end-June 2012.
