Colliers International has been appointed leasing agent for two retail centres owned by Carrefour in Poland.
The French retail group selected Colliers International as the exclusive agent for Sonata Parkin Sochaczew. The building, offering 6,000 m2 of GLA, will be located next to an operational Carrefour hypermarket, near the beltway surrounding Sochaczew.
The developer plans to build an L-shaped centre with numerous shops. The centre will offer 400 parking spaces.
The catchment area covers over 100,000 inhabitants, 70% of which are within a 20-minute drive. The retail park is scheduled to open in 2014.
Carrefour Polska has also selected Colliers to lease space at Morena shopping mall in Gdañsk. Morena Carrefour offers 60 boutique shops.
