Opened in 2010, Arena occupies 65,000 m2 and is one of the largest shopping malls in the city.
The scheme is anchored by a Billa food supermarket, a Media Markt electronics hypermarket, and a seven-screen Luxor cinema.
Andrey Chamkin, commercial real estate director at IM Company believes the management of the centre should be done by a professional company. 'Over a year ago we had outsourced Arena's marketing services and reaped great results,' he said.
