UK property consultant Colliers International said on Tuesday it had opened a new office in Split, its third in Croatia after Zagreb and Dubrovnik.
The firm said its Split office will focus on commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on the retail and office sectors. Split has so far been dominated by the residential sector, but the adoption of a local urban plan and the creation of commercial zones are likely to result in significant development in the retail and office sectors. The new Colliers office will be headed by Ivana Bucevic, who previously headed the Dubrovnik office.
