Colliers International has been appointed as co-exclusive agent to market the Lumen office building, part of the Zlote Tarasy commercial complex in central Warsaw.
Lumen was completed in 2007 and consists of two parts: A (western) and B (eastern) which are connected by glazed links on each floor.
Located in the Warsaw Central Business District, the building comprises eight floors and offers a total of 23,500 m2 of office space.
'Lumen is one of the most prestigious office addresses in Warsaw. It is highly recognized by both Polish and global investors,' commented Ewelina Kaluzna, director of Colliers' office agency & landlord representation.
The other agent responsible for leasing office space in Lumen is Jones Lang LaSalle.
