Colliers International has announced the appointment of Γgnes SzentpΓ‘ly as new head of Property Management in Hungary, starting November 2.
SzentpΓ‘ly will focus specifically on business development and on managing the existing portfolio, while the current MDs, BalΓ‘zs GyΓΆrke and JΓ³zsef MΓ³zes, will focus more on project management and facility management respectively.
SzentpΓ‘ly is joining Colliers from White Star RE, where she was the portfolio manager for four Immofinanz office buildings with about 120,000 m2 of gross lettable area. Prior to that, she held various property and asset management positions within the real estate sector in Budapest.
