Damian Harrington, regional director of Research commented. 'Bearing in mind the significant challenges the regional market faced in 2014, it is encouraging to see that activity remained robust, with investment volume growth noticeable across the majority of markets outside of Russia and Ukraine. As the global investment cycle continues to run its course and investors continue to seek yields and opportunities globally, we anticipate another strong year for the regional investment market as local and global investors compete for product.'
