The 500,000 sq ft (46,400 m2) building encompasses a mix of office, retail and restaurant spaces as well as apartments, a boutique hotel, luxury spa facilities and the UK’s largest automated car park.

Completed in 2010, The Cube was designed by architects Make and features 23-storeys.

The building will be added to CBRE’s Premier Properties programme, a bespoke asset management service tailored to buildings deemed exceptional in terms of size, design and quality. The Premier Properties portfolio also includes the Shanghai Tower, the Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao and The Gherkin in the City of London.

CBRE will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building and will oversee all service procurement.
