CBRE has announced the appointment of PJ Thibault as an executive director in its UK capital markets team.
Thibault joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was head of UK business space capital markets, specialising in advising US private equity groups and family offices. Of the 23 years he spent at Cushman & Wakefield, the past 14 were as an equity partner.
Key recent transactions on which Thibault has worked include advising NorthStar on the acquisitions of the SEB Prime portfolio (£1.2 bn) and the Trias portfolio (£500 mln). Other assignments include Och Ziff, Pear Global Real Estate and Pimco.
