Andreas Norberg (pictured right) and Stefan Berg will both hold the position of managing director, with Norberg named head of transactions while Berg becomes head of asset management.

Norberg joined CBRE GI in October, having previously worked as a senior investment manager at Kungsleden and as director in the capital markets team at CBRE Sweden. Berg has been head of asset management Nordics since 2014, having joined from Pembroke Real Estate.

Rik Eertink is relocating back to the Netherlands to take up the role of fund manager for the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund, the company said.

Pieter Hendrikse, CEO EMEA, said: 'The Nordics is a growing priority for many of our separate account clients and funds, and an important part of our EMEA footprint. Andreas and Stefan both bring strong leadership skills and real estate experience to ensure we continue to meet our clients’ requirements in the region.'
