CBRE Global Investors has appointed John Mulqueen as senior director and head of value add in the UK.
CBRE Global Investors has appointed John Mulqueen as senior director and head of value add in the UK.
Mulqueen will focus on the origination of value add investment opportunities and oversee the execution of the various business plans in the UK.
He has worked in the commercial real estate market for the last 20 years and has an established track record. He spent the last 10 years at Hammerson where he was responsible for the Central London office portfolio. He was involved in a number of acquisitions and well-known re-development projects in London.
Jean Lamothe, head of value add investments for EMEA, said: 'We see several opportunities in the value add space in the UK market and John will undoubtedly bring valuable experience to the team, providing an additional layer of expertise to our platform.'
