Cushman & Wakefield has made Cristina Dumitrache, head of its Slovak office, a salaried partner in the firm.
Dumitrache has headed the team in Bratislava for the last year as a managing partner, after joining in June 2013 as a member of the retail team.
She has specialised in the retail sector since starting her career with C&W in Romania in 1998, where she was responsible for international retailer accounts and shopping centre leasing. She is also a member of the RICS and the Slovak Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
In a statement, C&W said: ‘Not only is Cristina strongly involved in helping to organize conferences for the ICSC in Bratislava, but she frequently contributes as a panellist or speaker at different real estate events.’
