Agent Cushman & Wakefield has won the exclusive mandate to sell an office complex in Moscow.

Located at Lefortovskiy Val, 15/3, the building is situated in the South-East district of Moscow and provides a total of 16,600 m² of space as well as 160 parking spaces on four levels. The property is currently under construction with a grand opening planned for the first quarter of 2013. It will be sold in separate blocks.

'The office complex is situated in a district with a lack of quality office buildings. The main office supply consists of poor quality office space. We are sure that there is unsatisfied demand from midsized and small businesses and entrepreneurs, who look for quality office space in modern buildings for a moderate price,' said Mikhail Mindlin, head of sales and acquisitions, at C&W's Office Agency.

Also in the Russian capital, local developer Reksant has announced the opening of its Sombrero shopping centre in the Chertanovo district. The mall offers a total area of 17,300 m² with Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent.
