Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Vincent Ascher to its France Retail division.
Ascher will primarily advise landlords on high street leasing. His new role will also see Ascher develop retail activity within various high street tertiary projects, including office and residential schemes.
Having been promoted to associate partner within Cushman & Wakefield in 2008, Ascher joins the retail division from the firm’s Offices Key Accounts team.
Ascher will report to Cushman & Wakefield retail head Pierre Raynal.
