Â鶹ӳ» Real Estate reported that Cabot buys distribution warehouses in the US but its management sees favourable conditions for the asset class in Europe, offering opportunities to diversify geographically.
Â鶹ӳ» Real Estate said that Cabot's US competitors, such as AMB Property Corporation and Prologis, have done well in Europe, so Cabot is looking at the possibility of investing in France, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. The European expansion will be financed through the Cabot Industrial Value 3 commingled fund which recently raised $680m (EUR 531.4 mln).
