BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management has been mandated by German insurer Allianz to manage its entire property portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg.
BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management has been mandated by German insurer Allianz to manage its entire property portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The portfolio consists of 27 properties, 23 of which are located in Belgium, covering a total surface area of 155,000 m2. Major assets include the 30,000 m2 Botanic Building, South City Office Broothaers and Laurentide.
'Allianz represents a strategic client with whom we hope to develop other synergies at a local and international level,' said Frédéric Van de Putte, general director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Belgium.
