BNP Paribas REIM has decided to exercise an option to sell Le Mura retail gallery in Ferrara, Northern Italy, to hypermarket group Coop Estense for 鈧�35 mln.
The asset was owned by BNP's Estense - Grande Distribuzione real estate fund, which was granted an option to sell to Coop Estense in 2003.
The price of 鈧�35 mln is in line with the asset's appraised value per end-June 2013, the vendor said in a statement.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2014.
