BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the expansion of its City offices team with the appointments of sector experts Bill Peach and Jon Millard.

Bill Peach, the chairman of Cushman & Wakefield’s City office from 2010 to 2013, will join BNP Paribas Real Estate as a consultant in June.
He has a wealth of experience working with investors and occupiers in the City of London, Southwark, Midtown and Canary Wharf accrued from a career spanning more than 40 years in the City market.
Recent clients have included St Martins, JP Morgan Chase and Viridis Real Estate.
Jon Millard joins as a director from Cushman & Wakefield as part of the strategic expansion of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s successful lease advisory team, which has current instructions to carry out rent reviews and lease renewals on more than 2m sq ft of City office space.
Millard has worked for clients including the City of London Corporation, and St Martins.
The appointments follow the recruitment of Gemma Hewes in October as director for City office agency, and James Gann and Rob Hepworth, from Colliers International, who joined BNPPRE’s City investment team in August.
