Aviva Life & Pension UK has purchased Cambridge Close Retail Park in the UK from The Junction, a fund run by co-investing asset manager Capital & Regional.
The investment volume of £60.4 mln (EUR 69 mln) compares to its valuation of £58.8 mln at 31 March 2010 and reflects a net initial yield of 6.04%.
Aviva is an investor in The Junction.
