AviaRent Capital Management has acquired a nursing home in Germany on behalf of its CareVision II fund for 鈧�28.5 mln.
'With the nursing home in Lahnstein, we have acquired a modern and established nursing home with a utilisation rate of 100%,' commented Sascia Hauke, AviaRent's head of acquisitions.
The Pro Seniore residence is located in Lahnstein in Rhineland-Palatinate and covers a total area of 13,500 m2. Comprising four buildings, the asset is a mixture of cared for living and a nursing home.
The 134-bed nursing home and the 54 supervised living units have been managed since 2005 by DSK, a subsidiary of Pro Seniore. DSK has 14 years remaining on the lease with a ten-year option to extend.
A further 43 apartments are rented separately.
AviaRent's Carevision funds focus on investment properties built after 1992 in Germany and Austria.
