Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund has signed up four new tenants for the Odessa Riviera Shopping City complex in Odessa, Ukraine. The four fashion brands Zara, Pull and Bear, Bershka and Stradivarius, will together occupy around 3,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of the 100,000 m[sup]2[/sup] centre, which is due to open its doors to the public this summer.

The four fashion brands Zara, Pull and Bear, Bershka and Stradivarius, will together occupy around 3,000 m2 of the 100,000 m2 centre, which is due to open its doors to the public this summer.
Riviera Shopping City is Odessa's first internationally anchor-tenanted destination shopping centre. Anchor tenants include a Real hypermarket, OBI DIY and eight-screen IMAX multiplex cinema.
'We have made good progress on new lettings and we are on target to open phase one of the project covering 85,000 m2 this summer,' said Argo fund manager Robert Provine.
