The investment volume was not disclosed.
The acquisition was made on behalf of the SCPI Edissimo et Rivoli Avenir Patrimoine.
The property comprises nearly 9,000 m2 and is let to the Paris Prefecture de Police (police headquarters) under a long-term lease.
Notary Oudot et Associ茅s and law firm Jones Day acted on behalf Tishman Speyer. Notary Wargny Katz & Associates and law firm Courtois Lebel acted for Amundi.
The transaction was carried out by Cushman & Wakefield and Strategies & Corp under a co-exclusive mandate.
