French asset manager Aigis has joined forces with Allianz Real Estate to acquire a portfolio of 25 assets totalling 55,000 m2 from Carrefour Property France.
The financial details were kept confidential.
Allianz Real Estate, through its SCPI Allianz Pierre investment vehicle managed by Immovalor Gestion, bought three retail properties in La Flèche, Eperlecques and Trilport. The assets, offering a combined 10,700 m2 of space, are entirely leased to Carrefour on long-term rental agreements.
Aigis bought the remainder of the portfolio consisting of offices and logistics buildings, with an occupancy rate of 50%.
The acquisition is Agis' third since the company was founded by Thibault de Valence and François Lex in 2010. The company currently manages a total of 24 assets with nearly 60,000 m2 of space.
