Located in the south of the city centre of Nîmes, the 17,500-m2 complex comprises 40 retail units, 2,900 m2 of offices and 550 off-street parking spaces. Affine said it is examining the feasibility of covering the roof with photovoltaic panels.
The shopping centre opened in April 2008 and the tenants include Mac Dan, Leader Price, Villa Plancha, Autour du bébé, Biocoop, Maison Bez, and Les Terraillette.
