Dutch residential broker ABC Capital has sold a portfolio of 500 homes to foreign investor QSP for around €53 mln.

The portfolio of around 300 houses and 200 apartments is spread throughout the Netherlands, with the largest concentration in the Vredenburg district of Arnhem.

The sale was conducted on behalf of two private investors, ABC Capital said.

Vincent Walland, manager of residential investments, said: ‘The high number of single family dwellings led to an increased enthusiasm of international investors. This portfolio fits well within the long-term strategy of the buyer.’

ABC Capital, a division of ABC Real Estate Group, employs around 85 people and specialises in selling comprehensive residential portfolios on behalf of housing associations, institutional investors and private landlords.
