KGAL has sold a 73MW Nordic onshore wind portfolio held within a single-investor mandate to Enordic Evergreen, a portfolio company owned by the Ardian Clean Energy Evergreen Fund.

The real assets manager sold the operational assets on behalf of an unnamed pension fund for an unspecified sum.

The disposed assets comprise the 26MW Silovuori asset in northern Finland, along with the 11MW Anneberg and 36MW Sötterfällan sites in southern Sweden.

KGAL originally acquired Silovuori in 2015 and the two Swedish assets in late 2017 during their construction phases.

Stefan Schachner, portfolio manager infrastructure at KGAL, said: “The high quality of the three wind farms, KGAL’s extensive operational experience and excellent local partnerships have been key to the success of this investment.

“With the sale to Enordic Evergreen, we are consistently implementing our long-term investment strategy together with the investor and bringing the investment to a successful conclusion.
